Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a meaningful and rewarding role in a fast-growing, international company?
Our client, based at Schiphol-Rijk, fully understands the vital role an Executive Assistant plays in driving leadership effectiveness and organizational success. They are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant, to provide dedicated 1:1 support to their English-speaking CEO.
You will be joining a close-knit and supportive executive team, working in a company that values open communication, professionalism and a positive work environment.
What you will be doing:
- CEO’s key partner & life line: manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings and communication to ensure seamless operations.
- Organise board meetings: coordinate and prepare for monthly board meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and logistics run smoothly.
- Stakeholder communication: serve as a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients and partners.
- Anticipate and prepare: organise materials and briefings ahead of important meetings and events.
- Efficient travel coordination: plan and manage extensive and complex international travel and itineraries.
- Professional support: handle communications, calls, emails, and expense reports with confidentiality and accuracy.

What you bring:
- Experience: at least 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting the C-suite level.
- Expertise: strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex tasks with discretion and professionalism.
- People skills: the ability to interact professionally and confidently with board members and senior stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure: you thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and efficient even when handling multiple priorities.
- Languages: you are fluent in both English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills in both languages, written and spoken.
